If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.

TERMS OF PURCHASE:

Availability

If any of the items you select are not in stock we will contact you promptly to organise an alternative choice or notify you of the expected arrival date for new stock.

Delivery

anna&sally delivers Australia wide and will also ship overseas. We can deliver to you or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient’s address. Please go to our ‘Postage & Delivery’ section for further information.

Privacy

anna&sally respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only.

Pricing

All pricing on anna&sally is in Australian Dollars (AUD). anna&sally reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Payment Clearance

Goods paid for by direct deposit, credit card or paypal will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please consider this may take up to 4 working days in some cases.

Exchanges & Refunds

At anna&sally we appreciate that although the standard of our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged.

If we are not able to supply a suitable item for exchange we can offer you a refund for your returned item (unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact). We are only able to offer refunds for the value of the item and not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer.

Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense.


Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

Faulty Goods

At anna&sally, every dispatched item is checked and packaged with care. However, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via email. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact.
