Delivery, Payment, Returns & Exchanges

We deliver using Australia Post Standard (Tracking) + International Air Mail.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

* $8 Standard Shipping (Tracking) within Australia.

* SPEND OVER $100 & RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

* FREE PICKUP can be arranged for customers who live in the Huskisson / Nowra area. Please select this option at checkout and we will be in touch.

* International: Please email anna@annaandsally.com.au with your delivery address + products you wish to purchase. We will provide you with a shipping quote. Alternatively select International Shipping when you place your order online and we will get back to you with a quote.

Please Note:
* We are based on the south coast of NSW so therefore cannot promise next day delivery. Please allow approx. 2 – 5 business days to receive your order – depending on where you are located.

* WA & TAS orders tend to take longer.

* Handmade orders please allow 1 - 2 weeks.

Customer Guarantee / Returns & Exchanges:

We will happily exchange or refund goods within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not be worn, damaged or packaging tampered with.

Please Note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

Step 1
Please email anna@annaandsally.com.au to discuss any returns or exchanges.

Step 2
Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense to. We will give you a delivery address once you email us.

Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.  

Exchanges: please include a self –addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be sent in.

Returns: You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received. We are unable to refund postage costs.

Faulty items:  You will be credited for the goods and postage once the items have been received and the fault is approved.

We accept payment by Direct Deposit, Anna & Sally Gift Certificates and Paypal. Please email us once you have organised payment and site your name and order ID in the message field of your transaction.

Payment Options will be included on your confirmation receipt. You will receive this via email. But please find below incase you have misplaced it.
